@ToastyTarget00 the batteries last 100hours on average, newer models (like the playstation branded glasses come with a usb port for charging) generally I would say to go for a passive set... no batteries, light weight and cheap. google? LG cinema 3D.

@johnsucrosky Anything that can play? a video can use those glasses, and I wouldn't imagine it being a very good experience... If you want to use the cheaper, Real 3D glasses, you can take back/sell your current T.V. and buy an LG 'Cinema 3D' set. I believe that that is the only T.V. that uses those glasses.

@johnsucrosky There are two different 3D T.V. sets that utilize different glasses: Passive and Active. Your T.V. uses the active method, which requires the glasses to alternately shut off the lenses. Passive T.V.'s don't use that method, instead they have, I believe, a special coating on the T.V.screen to allow for the images to be sent to different eyes through 's the different lenses. So thats why the cheap one's from the cinema don't work on your T.V. set, because they? werent designed for it.

I have one of? these TV's. I was around back in the 80's when stuff jumped out at you (i.e. 3D). Let me just say... this new technology is 1000x better than those early years. Don't expect things to jump out at you. Rather, the DEPTH is much better. It really is worth the cost. No, I would never buy a 3D TV that had "crap" jumping out at me. I hate 3D movies in theaters. These TV's and the glasses are comfortable. I will admit some eye strain for long use. 3 hrs tops.

Panasonic Neoplasmas now use 70%, yes 70% less power than they did 4 years ago. This means reductions in the amount of heat displaced from current being applied to the phosphor cells in the plasma panel. @ra1apm With regards to fan noise, every persons room is different and varying factors can attribute to make noises people pick up on seem louder than they really are. So far? we have sold a large number of GT30s this year and have not had anyone return a panel with a fan noise issue. In addition, Panasonic are the only manufacturer to offer their own warranty free of charge, I am sure if they thought they built poor screens, they wouldn't offer the warranty.

I have owned several plasma sets myself over the years and with me running a shop, a? lot of content that we run is the same. I have not seen a Panasonic PDP burn an image in a way that it has not faded after a few hours for at least 3 years.

All we can say is that if you are not happy with a TV that you buy from us, contact ourselves and Panasonic technical support, and we would then take a decision that is best for everyone concerned. We want our customers to be happy with their products, it all depends on how long you have owned it as to whether it is replaced or repaired.

@iBKayzz Dont know if this is? your problem or not.....But very few games are 1080P. Most display at 720P. It will say on the back of the game box what resolution the game is. Back when I bought my first PS3 I ran into the same thing and thought it was my tv but actually its just most of the games. Hopefully this helps you.

man ive seen this tv. and the sony models such as the hx929, nx720, and ex720, and i must? say all of those models make the vizio look pretty bad in 2D or 3D mode. specially in gaming. i must say tho nice tv. just not as good as the sonys are. maybe u should look into the sony tvs if u want the real best 3D has to offer specially if your a ps3 gamer like i am. the hx929 of course is the best tv they have but any of the models ive said cannot be topped by another company flatout so check em out.

i got a plasma 3d 50 incher and iits alright but its not like i want to play all my games in 3d have not played uncharted or the god of war origins games in 3d last game was motorstorm with a friend i have not played it much should more since i have the oppurtunity but eh i dont like the glasses? so ya i put on killzone3 in 3d for my non gaming friend who just plays on ps2 sometimes and it blew his mind was kind of funny but ya fun shit goood video audio was not synced but great video
